  • Visual data is more actionable - Users consistently preferred chart representations for complex data comparisons
  • Fraud detection requires context - Simple anomaly detection wasn't enough; contextual understanding of normal operations was essential
  • Integration beats standalone solutions - Embedding the chatbot in existing workflows drove higher adoption rates

Future Developments
